Terms and Conditions
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging the details of your order. If the item is out of stock, it may take up to two weeks until we are able to send it. If there will be a delay of more than five days, we will contact you, and you may choose to cancel or change your order at that time. When your package is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information and expected date of delivery.
We cannot take responsibility if an item loses beads, or gets snagged or torn after it has been worn.
All sale items are final sale; no returns.
We will get your order out to you as soon as possible. Priority Mail will be used on all domestic orders. You will be responsible for the shipping charge, unless your order is over $200.00, in which case shipping is free.
You can return the product(s) you bought within ten days of receipt of the item(s) you ordered. There is a restocking fee of 10% of the original price of the item(s). The customer pays for return shipping. Be sure the item is returned in the same condition you received it, with any attached tags. You may at the time you return your item(s), let us know that you want to exchange the item(s). If you want to exchange it, after we receive it, we will charge you the restocking fee and additional postage, and then send you the item you want.
We will only use your personal information for the purpose it was intended. We will not share or sell this information to any other company or organization.
